 
Sara meets with a doctor to get a physical examination before
she can become a teacher. She recently graduated college and
needs to make sure she is healthy before she can teach. The
doctor takes all of her vitals, including her blood pressure
and heart rate. The nurse then gives her a gyno and rectal examination
followed by her temperature checked rectally.
